Yes, we ship worldwide. Complimentary shipping is valid for orders above Rp 3.000.000. International delivery times vary between 3-7 business days depending on your location.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please visit our Returns page to initiate a return request.

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. After this window, we may not be able to modify the shipment.

All KARIMA pieces are ethically crafted in our Jakarta atelier. We work with skilled artisans and source high-quality fabrics primarily from Indonesia and Turkey.

We recommend dry cleaning or gentle hand wash in cold water for all our silk pieces. Avoid wringing or twisting the fabric. Iron on low heat or steam to remove creases.
